Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Maven Valve & Supply. We aim to provide clear and transparent shipping for all our industrial supply orders.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all addresses within the Contiguous United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at orders@mavenvalve.com.

2. Order Processing & Cutoff Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM  Central Standard Time (Chicago).

  • Handling Time: Orders on stock items placed before 3:00 PM CST are shipped same day.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day (Monday – Friday).

3. Transit Time & Rates

We ship via reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure your valves and equipment arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping Is Free - 2 Day & Overnight are available & calculated at checkout 

Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
